Definition of the service

CV.click is a service that helps you prepare and send job application emails from your own Gmail account. The service shows you the email draft before sending, and no message is sent until you have reviewed the draft and explicitly approved sending it.

CV.click does not guarantee that you will obtain a job, receive a reply from an employer, have your application accepted, or that jobs shown from third parties are accurate.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you enter into the service, including your CV and profile data.

You undertake to use the service only for lawful and legitimate purposes, and in a way that does not violate applicable laws or Google's or Gmail's policies.

Using Gmail

When you connect a Gmail account, you grant CV.click limited permission to use your account only to send the application emails you approve. The service may not be used to send bulk, spam, misleading, or unsolicited messages, or any messages involving impersonation, fraud, or abuse.

The service may refuse to send, restrict usage, or suspend the account if a violating use or activity appears that could put the service, its users, or its providers at risk.

Credits

Each successful application uses one credit. A credit is deducted only after the system successfully completes the send.

An admin may grant manual credits at their discretion. Payments or credit purchases, if any, are handled through a separate external system. CV.click does not store your bank card details unless the payment provider explicitly states otherwise.

If a confirmed technical error caused a credit to be deducted without a successful send, you can contact support to have it reviewed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Send misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any individual or entity.
• Use the service for bulk or unsolicited messaging.
• Attempt to bypass Gmail limits, Google policies, or protection systems.
• Upload malicious files or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the service in a way that harms the service, its users, or its reputation.

Content you provide

You are responsible for your CV, profile data, and any information or content you enter into the service. You grant CV.click a limited license to use this content only to the extent necessary to operate the service, such as storing and attaching your CV and sending the applications you approve from your Gmail account. Your content (your CV, name, or personal data) is not sent to the AI provider; drafts are generated from the job-posting details only, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The service may rely on external services such as Google, Gmail, hosting providers, and payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their interruption, change, or refusal of certain requests.

Suspension or termination of use

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, or use the service unlawfully, or in a way that may be considered spam or abuse.

Availability of the service

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free from errors or interruptions. We may modify the service, discontinue some of its features, or update it from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including job applications not being accepted, messages not being delivered, messages being rejected by email providers, or the user's reliance on inaccurate information they entered themselves.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that may not be limited by law.

Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version within the service or on the website, and your continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory laws provide otherwise.
